101 Part Time Jobs Monthly Newsletter Prize Draw - Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the monthly prize draw operated by Mighty Moon Media, trading as 101 Part Time Jobs ("we", "us" or "our").
By subscribing to the 101 Part Time Jobs newsletter and participating in the prize draw, you agree to these Terms.
1. About the Prize Draw
1.1 We operate a free monthly prize draw for subscribers to the 101 Part Time Jobs newsletter (the "Prize Draw").
1.2 Each eligible subscriber receives one entry into each monthly Prize Draw while they remain subscribed and eligible in accordance with these Terms.
1.3 No purchase is necessary to enter the Prize Draw.
1.4 The Prize Draw is a free draw. Winners are selected at random from all eligible entries received during the relevant monthly entry period.
2. Promoter
2.1 The promoter of the Prize Draw is:

2.2 101 Part Time Jobs is a brand owned by Mighty Moon Media.
3. Eligibility
3.1 The Prize Draw is open to individuals worldwide, subject to the restrictions in these Terms and any applicable laws in the entrant's country or territory.
3.2 There is no minimum age requirement imposed by these Terms. However, entrants under the age of majority in their country of residence must have any parental or guardian consent required by applicable law to participate.
3.3 Where participation in the Prize Draw, receipt of a particular prize, or the processing of an entrant's personal data is prohibited or restricted by applicable local law, the entrant is not eligible to participate or receive that prize.
3.4 We may restrict the Prize Draw in particular countries or territories where we reasonably consider that participation would be unlawful or would require regulatory approval, registration or compliance that we are unable to provide.
3.5 Employees, officers, directors and immediate family members of Mighty Moon Media, and anyone professionally connected with the administration of the Prize Draw, are not eligible to enter.
4. How to Enter
4.1 To enter, an individual must subscribe to the 101 Part Time Jobs newsletter through an official 101 Part Time Jobs subscription channel and provide a valid email address.
4.2 By subscribing, the individual agrees to receive the 101 Part Time Jobs newsletter and, subject to applicable law, marketing communications from 101 Part Time Jobs.
4.3 Subscription is free and there is no purchase requirement.
4.4 Each eligible subscriber will receive one entry per monthly Prize Draw.
4.5 Multiple email addresses, accounts or subscriptions belonging to the same individual do not create additional legitimate entries. We reserve the right to reject duplicate, fraudulent or otherwise invalid entries.
4.6 Automated, bulk, bot-generated or third-party entries are not permitted.
4.7 We are not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete, corrupted or otherwise unable to be processed for reasons outside our reasonable control.
5. Monthly Entry Periods
5.1 Each monthly Prize Draw will have an entry period beginning at [TIME] on the first day of each calendar month and ending at [TIME] on the last day of that calendar month, unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotional material.
5.2 A person who becomes an eligible subscriber during a monthly entry period will be entered into that month's Prize Draw.
5.3 A subscriber does not need to subscribe again each month. Subject to these Terms, their subscription will provide one entry into each subsequent monthly Prize Draw.
5.4 Unless otherwise stated, entries do not carry over from one month to another.
6. Prizes
6.1 Each monthly Prize Draw will have one or more prizes, which may include:
6.2 The specific prize or prizes available in each monthly Prize Draw will be stated in the relevant promotional material or on the applicable Prize Draw webpage.
6.3 Unless expressly stated otherwise, prizes do not include travel, accommodation, food, drinks, insurance, spending money or other expenses associated with using or collecting the prize.
6.4 Gig tickets are subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant artist, venue, promoter and/or ticket provider.
6.5 Where a prize is age-restricted, subject to an age restriction imposed by a venue or event organiser, or otherwise unavailable to an entrant because of their age, the entrant may be ineligible to receive that particular prize even if they have been selected as a winner.
6.6 Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or another prize, unless we decide otherwise.
6.7 We reserve the right, where a prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond our reasonable control, to substitute it with a prize of equal or greater value.
6.8 We do not guarantee that a particular artist, event, venue, record or merchandise item will remain available after the Prize Draw has been launched.
7. Winner Selection
7.1 Following the end of each monthly entry period, one or more winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during that period.
7.2 The random selection will be carried out using a process designed to produce a random result.
7.3 We will keep appropriate records of the draw and winner-selection process.
7.4 Our decision regarding the selection of winners is final, subject to any rights that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Contacting the Winner
8.1 The winner will be contacted using the email address associated with their winning entry.
8.2 We will normally contact the winner within [7] days of the relevant draw.
8.3 The winner must respond within 7 days of our initial notification, unless we specify a different period because of the nature of the prize.
8.4 We may require the winner to provide reasonable information necessary to verify their eligibility and deliver the prize.
8.5 If the winner does not respond within the applicable period, cannot be verified as eligible, is prohibited from receiving the prize under applicable law, or otherwise fails to comply with these Terms, we reserve the right to select a replacement winner at random from the remaining eligible entries.
8.6 We may make reasonable attempts to contact a winner before selecting a replacement winner.
9. Delivery of Prizes
9.1 Physical prizes will be sent to the winner using the delivery details provided by the winner.
9.2 We may require the winner to provide a valid postal address for prize delivery.
9.3 We are not responsible for prizes that cannot be delivered because the winner has provided incorrect, incomplete or outdated information.
9.4 Any import duties, customs charges, taxes or other charges imposed by the winner's country in connection with delivery or receipt of a physical prize are the responsibility of the winner unless we expressly state otherwise.
9.5 Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and the nature of the prize.
9.6 Gig tickets may be delivered electronically rather than physically.
10. Gig Tickets and Events
10.1 Where the prize consists of tickets to a gig, concert or other event, the prize is subject to the availability and terms imposed by the relevant ticket provider, artist, promoter and/or venue.
10.2 We are not responsible for cancellation, postponement, rescheduling, venue changes, artist withdrawal or other changes to an event that are outside our reasonable control.
10.3 If an event is cancelled or otherwise becomes unavailable, we will use reasonable efforts to provide a suitable replacement prize where possible, but do not guarantee that an equivalent event or ticket will be available.
10.4 The winner is responsible for complying with all applicable venue and ticket-provider rules.
11. Disqualification
11.1 We reserve the right to disqualify an entry where we reasonably believe that:
the entrant has breached these Terms;
the entry contains false or misleading information;
the entrant has attempted to obtain multiple entries improperly;
automated or fraudulent methods have been used;
the entrant has interfered with the operation of the Prize Draw; or
the entry is otherwise invalid.
11.2 We will exercise any right to disqualify entrants reasonably and proportionately.
12. Newsletter Subscription and Unsubscribing
12.1 The Prize Draw is connected to the 101 Part Time Jobs newsletter subscription.
12.2 Entrants may unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the unsubscribe mechanism provided in our emails.
12.3 Unsubscribing will remove the individual from future monthly Prize Draws.
12.4 If an individual unsubscribes before a winner has been selected for a Prize Draw in which they were already entered, their entry will [REMAIN VALID FOR THAT DRAW / BE REMOVED FROM THAT DRAW].
12.5 We will not require an individual to remain subscribed to receive marketing communications that they have otherwise lawfully withdrawn consent to receive.
13. Personal Data
13.1 We will process entrants' personal data for the purposes of administering the Prize Draw, operating the newsletter, contacting winners, delivering prizes and for other purposes described in our Privacy Policy.

13.3 Entrants should read our Privacy Policy before entering the Prize Draw.
13.4 Where applicable, entrants may exercise their rights under applicable data protection law, including rights relating to access, correction, deletion, restriction and objection.
14. Winner Publicity
14.1 Subject to applicable law, we may publish or make available the surname and county/country of residence of a winner for the purpose of demonstrating that a valid award took place.
14.2 We will not publish a winner's full home address or other unnecessary personal information.
14.3 If a winner objects to their details being published or made available, they should contact us at [CONTACT EMAIL]. We may nevertheless be required to provide certain information to relevant regulators or authorities where legally required.
15. Changes, Suspension or Cancellation
15.1 We may suspend, cancel or amend the Prize Draw where circumstances outside our reasonable control make this necessary.
15.2 We will not make changes to these Terms for the purpose of unfairly disadvantaging entrants or improperly affecting the outcome of a Prize Draw.
15.3 Any material changes to the Prize Draw or these Terms will be communicated through an appropriate 101 Part Time Jobs channel.
16. Liability
16.1 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
16.2 Subject to clause 16.1, we will not be responsible for any loss, damage, delay or failure arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control, including failures of telecommunications networks, internet services, email services, postal services, ticketing systems or third-party prize suppliers.
16.3 Nothing in these Terms affects an entrant's statutory rights.
17. Applicable Law
17.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, unless the mandatory laws of the country in which an entrant resides require otherwise.
17.2 The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction over disputes relating to the Prize Draw, except where applicable mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
18. Acceptance of These Terms
18.1 By entering the Prize Draw, entrants confirm that they have read and accepted these Terms.
18.2 If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
18.3 These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and any specific terms relating to an individual prize.
